Player of the Week

Andrew (NS )

Week of July 19, 2010:

Andrew is 4 years old and has just received his white rally cap. He is working to receive his Grey and black cap as well. He comes to practice every week excited to try new fun drills. He really enjoys catching high pop flys and hitting the ball further and further each at bat. His favorite team is the New York Yankees and his favorite position is First base. Andrew wears his #5 Tim Hortons jersey proudly and cannot wait until the next rally cap practice.

Coaching Baseball Technical and Tactical Skills
Numerous coaching books cover the bases on the skills and drills of baseball. But very few hit on the tactical skills of the game: the situational decisions players and coaches make that often determine the outcome of games. That’s where Coaching Baseball Technical and Tactical Skills stands out in the lineup of baseball titles available today.
