SANTO DOMINGO, DR- The Junior National Team wrapped up their annual tour through the Dominican Summer League today as they dropped a 5-1 decision to the New York Mets Dominican prospects in the morning before defeating the MLB Prospects 11-4, under the lights at Estadio Quisqueya in front of the several hundred fans.
GUERRA, DR-Trailing 5-0 in the bottom of the seventh, the Seattle Mariners Dominican prospects scored six runs to take a one-run lead and went onto a 6-5 victory over the Junior National Team.

BOCA CHICA, DR-The Junior National Teams four game winning streak in the Dominican Summer League came to an end today as they were defeated 11-6 by the Philadelphia Phillies Dominican prospects at the Phillies Complex in Boca Chica.
GUERRA, DR- Nathan Borges (Brooklin, ON) and Daniel Marquez (Cambridge, ON) combined on a six-hit shutout and JD Osborne (Whitby, ON) went 4-for-4 including a two-run homer as the Junior National Team cruised to an 11-0 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers Dominican prospects.
BOCA CHICA, DR- Three left-handed pitchers allowed only one earned run and the Junior National Team received some timely offence as they went onto defeat the Cincinnati Reds Dominican prospects 7-4.
Guerra, DR-Josh Naylor (Mississauga, ON) and Tyler O’Neill (Maple Ridge, BC) each hit solo home runs, while Daniel Procopio (Toronto, ON) and Luke Manuel (Surrey, BC) combined for seven shutout innings as the Junior National Team defeated the Kansas City Royals Dominican prospects 4-2.
