Register today for the Challenger Baseball Jamboree!

OTTAWA-It’s that time year again!

The fourth annual Challenger Baseball Canada National Jamboree will take place following the Toronto Blue Jays/Baltimore Orioles game at Rogers Centre in Toronto on Saturday, June 11th!

Challenger Baseball is a program that provides an opportunity for children with cognitive or physical disabilities to enjoy the full benefits of participation in baseball at a level structured to their abilities. The program also provides a tremendous opportunity for volunteer “buddies” that assist the Challenger players with their involvement in the game.

An increasing amount of Challenger players and buddies have been coming out to the Challenger Baseball Canada National Jamboree since 2013. The first years saw 30 participants only to see that number grow to 2015 where there were over 100 participants on the field at Rogers Centre.

Challenger Baseball allows children with cognitive or physical disabilities the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of playing baseball, in an environment that caters to their very special needs. The philosophy is very simple: "play, just for fun!!" You can't beat it!
