Top 101 Influential Canadians in baseball list features plenty of Baseball Canada content

OTTAWA- Toronto Sun Sportswriter Bob Elliott released his annual list of the Top 101 ‘Most Influential Canadians in Baseball’ and once again many names with ties to Baseball Canada made the cut.

Baseball Canada’s Director of National Teams Greg Hamilton (#10), President Ray Carter (#41) and Director General Jim Baba (#64) all took their familiar spots among the Top 101, while Women’s National Team Manager André Lachance, Vice-President Jason Dickson and Board Member David Huctwith received honourable mentions.

The list, that includes National Team alums Justin Morneau (#2) and Russell Martin (#3) in the top ten, features many current or former players and coaches who have worn the Maple Leaf for Baseball Canada.
