OTTAWA – Baseball Canada National Championship season is about to kick into high gear on Thursday with the 18U and 13U National Western set for Fort McMurray, Alberta and Swift Current, Saskatchewan, respectively.
OTTAWA – Québec capped an undefeated week at the 21U Women’s Invitational in St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador with a 13-9 win over BC in the championship contest to claim the gold medal.

OTTAWA - Canada will open play at the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) U-18 Baseball World Cup against Korea on September 9th at LECOM Park in Bradenton, Florida as the international federation today announced the schedule for the event that will take place in Bradenton and Sarasota from September 9- 18.
THUNDER BAY, Ontario - In front of more than a thousand fans at Thunder Bay's Baseball Central ballpark, Canadian starting pitcher Alli Schroder (Fruitvale, BC) did Team Canada's batters a favour by retiring Team USA 1-2-3 to begin the fifth and final game of the 2022 Women's Baseball Friendship Series, striking out two and inducing a pop up to shortstop Ellie Jesperson (Spruce Grove, AB). While that might not sound uncommon, it was the first time the Canadian women's national team prevented the Americans from scoring in the first inning, as they had plated a total of nine runs in the first innings of the previous four games.
