OTTAWA – With governments throughout the country lifting restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, provincial baseball organizations have been working extensively to provide their members with plans and guidelines on what returning to baseball will look like.

OTTAWA – Junior National Team outfielders Owen Caissie and David Calabrese heard their names called during the five-round Major League Baseball Draft in June and now both players have signed contracts to begin their professional baseball careers.
OTTAWA – With Major League Baseball zeroing in on a July 23rd or 24th opening day, clubs were required to submit initial player pool rosters with a maximum of 60 players as teams ready for spring training 2.0 that will begin this week.
OTTAWA- Baseball Canada elected its new executive earlier today at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The AGM brought together representation from each of Baseball Canada’s 10 member Provinces to discuss the growth and development of amateur baseball in Canada.
