CARY, North Carolina – Team Canada concluded their pre-World Cup exhibition series with the United States with an 11-2 loss at the USA Baseball National Training Complex.

OTTAWA - Baseball Canada announced the Junior National Team roster which will be making its way to Orlando, Florida at Disney’s Wide World of Sports complex for the Fall Instructional League Camp from October 5th to 15th.
OTTAWA – Vince Perkins (Victoria, BC) and Matt Kniginyzky (Oakville, ON) have both been named to Canada’s 2009 Baseball World Cup roster, completing the 24-man roster for the tournament which begins for Canada on September 9th in Stockholm, Sweden.
