Women in Administration Workshop Series

The 2026 Women in Baseball Administration & Leadership Program is designed for women looking to step into, grow within, or lead in the decision-making spaces of baseball.

Building on the success of last year’s program which explored key areas like governance, league management, and organizational structureas. This year’s series expands into new, high-impact topics including sponsorship and funding, event planning, and strategic growth within the game.

Through interactive sessions and real-world conversations, participants will gain practical tools, build confidence, and deepen their understanding of how baseball operates behind the scenes while identifying where they can make their mark.

Participants will also receive exclusive access to a dedicated Mighty Networks platform, serving as the central hub for the program. This space will host session recordings, resources, discussions, and ongoing networking opportunities, allowing participants to stay connected, continue learning, and engage with a growing community of women in baseball across Canada.

Flexible and accessible by design, the program is built to meet participants where they’re at while connecting them to where they want to go.

This is more than a workshop series.
