Career: Drafted by the Seattle Mariners 11th overall in the 2007 Amateur Draft…Was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies on December 16, 2009 in a deal for Cliff Lee…Made his big league debut with the Phillies on August 23, 2012..Has also pitched in the Blue Jays, White Sox and Tigers organizations…Was named the Can Am League’s Pitcher of the Year in 2019 as a member of the Ottawa Champions

International: Has represented Canada ten times in international competition including the 2009 and 2013 World Baseball Classic.
