OTTAWA – Baseball Canada announced today the names of 28 players that will head to the Dominican Republic May 22-31 for the Junior National Team’s annual Dominican Summer League Camp.
OTTAWA-Canada’s Junior National Team will be placed into a pool with Chinese Taipei, Japan, Venezuela, Czech Republic and Mexico at the International Baseball Federation (IBAF) 18U World Championship in Taichung, Taiwan August 30-September 8.

OTTAWA-Baseball Canada’s Women’s National Team will hold an Identification (ID) Camp on Wednesday, May 15 at Shaw Park (home of the Winnipeg Goldeyes) in Winnipeg. The tryout is open to any female athlete, 15 years of age or older and is also open to players that are currently involved in softball.
