Baseball Canada is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former Junior National Team member Jake Eliopoulos.
Jake was a left-handed pitcher and joined the Junior National Team in May 2007 for the annual tour of the Dominican Summer League. He spent the majority of the 2008 season with the juniors and all of the 2009 season which included an International Series in Cuba.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Jake’s parents Jim and Lea, and his siblings Derek and Zoe.
