Apply Today! World Children’s Baseball Fair Girls’ Baseball Clinics

Are you a 10 or 11-year-old (as of August 14, 2020) female baseball player that would like to travel to Japan for a once-in-a-lifetime baseball experience?!

The World Children’s Baseball Fair is celebrating its 30th year and is hosting the World Children’s Baseball Fair Girls’ Baseball Clinics in Narita, Japan from August 14-21, 2020 with five (5) invitations open to female baseball players in Canada.

Eleven different countries will be attending the event in Narita that will include daily baseball clinics along with cultural exchanges that will leave participants with new friends from around the world and a second-to-none baseball and life experience!

The event, founded by Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Hank Aaron and Japan Home Run King Sadaharu Oh in 1990, has seen thousands of youth participate over the years including many Canadians.

If you fit the criteria listed below, please fill out the required submission form including a short video (100MB or less) on why you love baseball and what attending the WCBF Girls’ Baseball Clinics would mean to you!

  • Must have a valid Canadian passport
  • Must be female member of a Provincial Baseball Association recognized by Baseball Canada
  • Must be 10 or 11-years-old as of August 14, 2020

*Expenses including transportation, accommodations and meals are covered. 

*Transportation to and from home to Pearson Airport in Toronto is at the expense of the participants.
