OTTAWA-Rosters for the 16 participating countries in the 2013 World Baseball Classic were announced today by WBCI and Canada’s roster includes Joey Votto (Etobicoke, ON) of the Cincinnati Reds. Votto, the 2010 National League MVP, was the final player added to Canada’s 28-player roster.
