OTTAWA-Baseball Canada announced today the names of 24 players who will participate in the Junior National Team’s World Junior Qualification Camp in Boca Raton and Miami, Florida November 9-16.
OTTAWA- Former National Team player Luke Carlin (Aylmer, QC) celebrated a Triple-A National Championship for the second year in a row with the Columbus Clippers (Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians) last night.

Dartmouth, NS-In the end it was Bridgewater , Nova Scotia coming out on top at the Peewee Atlantic Championship with a 7-1 victory over Dieppe, New Brunswick in the Gold Medal game.
TORONTO-In a battle of two former Olympic teammates and National Teams alumni, it was T.J. Burton’s (Ottawa, ON) ‘Team Burton’ coming out on top with a 9-8 win over Adam Stern’s ‘Team Stern’. A fourteen inning marathon match featured twenty-eight pitchers throwing one inning each.
Dartmouth, NS-Baseball Canada’s Peewee Atlantic Championship got off to a wet start as only two of the four scheduled games were played on Day 1 due to rain.
