THUNDER BAY – The United States received a grand slam from Olivia Pichardo and a three-run homer from Kelsie Whitmore as they handed Canada a devastating 23-0 loss at the WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup Group A.
THUNDER BAY – Alexane Fournier (St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC) had five hits and drove in two runs to pace Canada’s 16-hit attack as they earned a 22-3 victory over Hong Kong at the WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup Group A.
